"Who Else Wants
the Strength
and Conditoning to Toss Around Heavy Weights as if They're
Nothing More than Tennis Balls?"
Dear Kettlebeller,
Kettlebells are a great tool for building strength and getting in shape
almost any way you use them. But I believe there is one method that is
far and above most others. Juggling Kettlebells. Why? Take a look at
these benefits:
Never have a
dull
workout ever again. Whereas you
might get bored to tears thinking about snatching a
kettlebell for ten straight minutes you’ll have no problem juggling the
same bell for 30.
Increase your explosive
strength from every angle.
Think swinging a heavy kettlebell is hard? Try flipping it behind your
back.
Teach your body how to absorb shock and
redirect
force.
Build even
stronger
hands. Think snatches work your
grip? Try a little bottoms up kettlebell juggling or just the basics
with a heavy bell.
Increase strength in your legs, back, abs, arms
and
everything else including the joints. You can't avoid using your whole
body as a unit.
Quicken
reflexes,
hand speed, and hand-eye
coordination. A fast flipping kettlebell requires a quick eye
and even
quicker hands to grab it.
Improve your agility with advanced moves
requiring
fancy footwork along with everything else.
Build unyielding
levels of conditioning faster than
swings or snatches, simply because it’s more difficult. Less time for
more benefit.
Perhaps the biggest reason. It's just plain fun
meaning you
won’t want to stop.
Build unique skills on top of working out. Nothing
more impressive can be done with kettlebells. Think about
tossing a
bell around like its nothing and seeing other’s barely able to even
pick it up.
How about that? Getting
strong and fit while having fun. Not only that
but juggling a kettlebell
for time will make normal swings or snatches
feel like a breeze.
Though
you may think you could never possibly do the stunts shown on
this videos and others, the truth is anyone can juggle kettlebells if
they give
it a little bit of effort. You'll
be pulling off simple moves your
first time trying. And each session will build upon that. New tricks
and better skills each time you train.

Here's
what others are
saying about the Definitive Guide to
Kettlebell Juggling
Mike Mahler says
"Just
checked out your DVD set and overall I think you did a great job.
I have been reluctant to recommend KB juggling to people as many
move into advanced moves too fast. However, your DVD shows beginners
how to get started in a safe and effective manner. I really like
the
progressions on your DVD. There is something for everyone on your DVD
and I really like the rack transfer drills for cleans and snatches. No
doubt the KB juggling programs that you feature are a great way to keep
KB cardio and conditioning fun and dynamic. Just doing swings and
snatches will get boring for many and juggling is a great alternative
or compliment.
"It is really nice to
see an innovative kettlebell DVD as
far too many trainers are simply putting out KB DVD's that are just
rehashing the basics. They are afraid to take risks by going
into
uncharted territories as you have. Your
DVD will give kettlebell
enthusiasts of all levels some new and highly beneficial work.
Great
job."

From
the Diesel Crew "Logan, you have put
together an outstanding resource for kettlebell juggling. I
thought it was great how you were
able to organize all of the various juggling techniques and then lay
them out in a progressive format. In my training, I have done
several different types of kettlebell throws and catches, but you opened up doors of variation that I have
not seen or used in the past!
I especially liked the way you maneuver the bell behind your back,
through the legs and how you incorporate moving over a distance with
your throws. I recommend this
DVD set to anyone who is looking to open a new chapter in their
kettlebell training!" Jedd Johnson

David Whitley says
"Logan
has produced an excellent DVD for
anyone who wants to develop the skill of juggling kettlebells.
He begins with fundamental kettlebell moves like swings, snatches
and cleans builds a steady
progression of
ever-more-complicated juggling techniques. He also details
his approach in training and has several real-life examples of what his
kettlebell juggling workouts look like.Anyone who trains with
kettlebells can find a new twist on something in this DVD."

I love
your KB dvds!! "Man, most
people would have probably spread all
that info out on 3 maybe 4 dvds. Hell, and I've only watched the 1st
one! Your a true inspiration and master
of the craft. Thank you for
providing an outstanding product!"

Never Seen Tricks
"First of all, I love your kettlebell juggling DVDs. There's some tricks on there that I never
thought about doing before that are pretty sweet. I also
want to complement you on your quick service as well."

New Exciting Training
"Your KB juggling dvd's are excellent. I liked the interviews. Simply
performing swings and snatches can bore a guy to tears but the fun that
is derived from juggling transforms
the mundain into excitement. Knowing myself - I cant improve on
something if I'm bored - so thank you for the new challanges."
Dennis Plansky
Green Bay, WI 1000 Swings = Boring
"I never really got motivated enough to really pursue kettlebell
juggling until I saw your videos. Not sure why but watching you perform
the moves really triggered something that wasn't there before. Maybe
just time with kettlebells, maybe it was just the way your broke it
down. Not really sure. Now both my son and I do it together as a team,
doing our latest moves and adding in some two man tandem juggling.
After working up to 900-1000 swings per session on my off training days
it was starting to get very boring. Now I have trouble not spending all
my time juggling. Its just plain fun, an hour of juggling seems like a
few minutes and when practiced with others it just flies by. Overall
it's the best non-exercise -like exercise I've ever had."
Patrick Sitton Claremore, OK Kettlebell Juggling
Physics Explained "I have
not put
a ton of time into this yet, but already can do some flips and some
spins, although I’d be a lot braver outside. You have a great teaching method and I like
that you explain the physics of the bell and the toss, and
safety factors (like incurring the wrath of the significant other). The camera work is very good, and the
progression from one movement to the next is logical and easy to follow."
Scott Steckler
Erie, PA "My clients are blown away at the scope and
magnitude that juggling adds to the regular kettlebell practise."
Oscar Otuyelu Zurich, Switzerland
"My conditioning has improved greatly.
It's a very interesting and challenging way to work out." Matthew

Here's just a few comments from
those
attending my
kettlebell workshops or under my training at the RKC certifications. "Logan’s RKC expertise was very evident
throughout the workshop. His patience, knowledge
and one-on-one attention will greatly benefit both the raw beginners
and the experienced girevik alike! Highly Recommended!!"
Elliot Sanford
Salinas, CA
"Logan is a
qualified Instructor for RKC who pays attention to detail. His
corrections are done in a supportive manner. His easy going manner does
not get in his way of being a firm, competent instructor of
kettlebells."
Bob Uguccioni
"Logan is a very
talented RKC who truly has an eye for detail and perfecting your form.
He always made sure I had good technique and was always concerned for
my safety. He is extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn’t have wanted to do the RKC
without his assistance. If you have the opportunity I highly recommend
training with him."
Anton Summers
"Logan as an
Assistant Instructor was awesome. He continually drilled me to the point
where perfect was the only routine. "
Mike Smaltz Philadelphia, PA
"Logan Christopher
really knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable and very good at
explaining the drills. He helped me understand my mistakes and be able
to feel them so I could be able to train others. From working with Logan
I feel more confident in
explaining the drills. It was good to work with him."
