I just got back into KB&#039;s, mixing it up with cardio and freeweights days.  I did 2-hand swings alternating with pullups for 6 minutes, rested 3 or 4 minutes and hit one-arm clean &amp; press alternating with pushups for 5 minutes.
Tough! (for me, anyway)...probably sapped me almost as much as a full freeweights workout.  Thanks for the tips!</description>
