book, CD, and DVD orders are printed and fulfilled by Vervante.
Domestic orders
will be shipped out within 3 business days of payment confirmation via
U.S. First Class or Priority
Mail (depending on the size of your order) . Priority mail should
arrive in 2-3 business days. First Class mail in 3-10 business days.
However, in very rare
cases mail can
take up to 2 weeks. When your product has
shipped you will be notified by email.
All
International
orders are shipped out within 3 business days of payment confirmation
via
U.S. First Class or
Priority Mail which should arrive in 6-10 business days. However, in
very rare cases International Mail can take up to 3 weeks for
delivery. We are unable
to provide a tracking number for international orders.
In cases where your order is delayed for any known reason we will
notify you by email.
